Job Description

The Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow market share in the gelato FMCG sector.
* Providing technical support and specialist advise
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to increase sales.
* Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective tracking of leads and conversions.
* Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients in a professional manner.
* Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in gelato, pastry, or bakery with hands on technical expertise
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A valid driver's licence, as travel within Sydney and interstate is required.
