The Seasonal Store Associates [Full time/Part-time] are the customer service specialists of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
* Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back-of-house areas.
* Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
* Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Working Hours
This role requires rostered shifts across a variety of times, including late night trading, weekends and public holidays. It is essential that you have reliable transportation due to early/late hours.
