The Department:
Home Acute and Community (HAC) is a clinical program based largely at Caulfield Hospital, supporting independence and functioning in the community through diverse hospital, community, and home-based services.
The Role:
Caulfield Community Health Service seeks a motivated Allied Health Assistant to support Healthy Living Programs, including physical, aquatic, and online exercise classes. The ideal candidate has experience leading exercise classes, excellent organization skills, and a client-focused approach.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Current First Aid Certificate
Relevant qualification (e.g., Allied Health Assistant, Exercise Science)
