Administration Officers - Job Opportunity

* Job Description: Provide support to multiple sectors and departments, responding to enquiries via phone and email, and maintaining high levels of organization and time management.
Responsibilities: Considerable internal and external stakeholder engagement, responding to phone and email inquiries, providing high-level organizational and time management skills with ability to meet complex deadlines, entering related data into relevant systems, ensuring confidential management of sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilities.
Requirements: Proven experience working within the public sector, good understanding and experience using variety of systems/digital platforms including Microsoft suite, Basware and Objective, previous or current demonstrated customer service skills, experience working independently and in a team environment, experience in working with high volumes of work, high-level skills in verbal and written communication and able to work with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
