What you'll have
Bachelor of Structural / Civil Engineering degree.
Relevant experience in structural engineering design in brownfield environment.
Previous experience with performing site inspections will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A sound knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Good working experience in an operating LNG Plant or Refinery.
Knowledge in structural Metallurgy / Welding, Corrosion and Knowledge of Woodside standards & systems knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Familiar with using Australian design codes including AS****, AS****, AS****.
Agile with working in multiple platforms and environment including the use of 365 suite and various other collaboration tools and worked in team with diverse background.
Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and 3D Model viewers.
Responsibilities
Provide liaison with home office engineering team for the resolution.
Review and sign off on Lift Plans.
Site review of civil installations (e.g. pre-cast inspection).
Review inspection findings, assess fitness for service and recommend refurbishment solutions.
Perform field job card / implementation reviews to ensure adherence to engineering design.
Review and site approval of as-built documents (Underground Services).
Maintain relationship with the Perth Engineering and Design team, influence design outcomes which are practical and consistently feedback lessons learnt also attend Project progress meetings and deliver a status of engineering work scope activities.
Interpret, clarify and provide guidance on engineering documentation and work scope in the field.
Interface with contractor on technical queries and provide technical response. Submit site queries to the home office for approval to make changes to design.
Submit and monitor Technical Deviation Requisition Queries (TDRQs).
Designated field focal point for resolution of Contractor Engineering queries.
Liaise with facility engineers and technical authorities.
Manage Inspection and Engineering data, and maintain quality checks between SOW and execution job cards.
Provide progress status reports to management – graphs, statistics, data analysis, reporting, etc.
Answer queries from inspection services contractor, implementation contractor, client, or other Worley personnel on scope, findings and progress.
Documentation writing (Basis of Design, Implementation guidelines, Engineering Guidelines, etc.)
Sign off on Red Line Mark Ups and As-Builts as Site Approver as required.
Create and resolve site queries and develop and manage Site Actioned Engineering Deliverables.
Provide and adhere to a proactive safety culture and approach to Continuous Improvement.
