About the Role Working in the Technical Services Team you will engage directly with customers, providing assistance for their service and maintenance needs in an efficient and courteous manner This role is to start ASAP, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 100% onsite for 3-6 months and then 3 days in the office and 2 from home per week. For a temporary candidate, this will be a 6-month assignment. If eligible, there will be the potential to convert permanent. Duties Working as a 'Service Delivery Operator', some of your duties will include: Handle a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email Work closely with the wider team to schedule service calls for the Service Delivery Coordinators and Technicians Liaise with Service Technicians to ensure they have the relevant information to efficiently complete jobs Capture all service call information in the company system - Salesforce Provide updates to customers on the status of the job and services Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience working in high volume customer service (phones and/or email) - essential Previous experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM - essential Ability to multi-task and prioritise Previous experience working in a similar organisation (commercial equipment, manufacturing, operations) - desirable Culture Fun, fast paced place to work Successful business that can offer stability and growth opportunities If converted perm, offers a competitive base super Hybrid model offered Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
