Job Description
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take a hands-on role in delivering exceptional evening à la carte service at Coco's. You'll craft high-quality dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring each plate meets our standards for taste, presentation and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead evening à la carte service at Coco's, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and served on time
* Manage mise en place and supervise junior chefs in your section
* Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
* Assist with room service, buffetand larder preparations as required
* Collaborate on seasonal and creative menu development to enhance the guest experience
* Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all kitchen sections
Qualifications
* Trade qualifications and previous hotel experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards
* Service-focused with excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
