Priding themselves on providing a high level of customer service they have continued to grow and are now looking for a Clients Services Manager to lead their team and grow their business.
**THE ROLE**:
As Client Services Manager you will deliver leadership support to team members whilst building relationships with clients (existing and new) to ensure annual bookings are maintained in dedicated sectors.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Delivery of high-quality customer service to clients to ensure the smooth operation of photo sessions
- Visiting school photo days to build client relationships and better understand their unique need
- Secure new client opportunities and bookings for the business in dedicated sectors with a vision to expand into other areas
- Assist Heads of Departments with the day-to-day management and supervision of staff
- Conduct monthly performance assessments/one-on-ones with any staff that reports directly
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Previous experience working in a similar role or experience selling a product/service into primary and secondary schools
- Strong ability to build relationships and secure new business opportunities
- Experience in the leadership, and development of a small-medium sized team
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills to manage workloads and priorities as well as delegating tasks
- Upbeat and friendly demeanor with the confidence to talk and adjust your approach to people at all levels within a business
- Prior industry experience working within a photographic environment or design business (ideal to have)
NOTE: As you will be required to drive to meet with clients a car and license is essential for this role.
