**Your new role**
The People Branch are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking professional at the APS5 level who can support the operational and strategic activities of the SES unit to the Department. The SES unit provides specialised and high quality advise and services to the SES cohort.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment, providing advise on contemporary and best practice recruitment solutions
- Support reporting, including input into the SES Dashboard for Executive
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will be a dynamic individual with a genuine passion for people, have sound judgement, excellent attention to detail, flexibility to deal with competing priorities and a proactive attitude. You will also have at minimum some level of HR related experience, APS experience is highly desired but not essential.
