Change Manager | Regulatory Transformation | Sydney (AUSPAC scope)
Not all change roles are created equal.
We've been engaged on a high-impact, multi-year program responding to industry-wide regulatory reform across the AUSPAC region. This role will lead end-to-end change for the first phase of a major transformation driven by updates to the
General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP)
— with further initiatives to follow.
You'll be the
sole Change Manager on the program
, owning everything from impact assessment and strategy through to delivery, adoption and embedment. The change touches the entire business — Claims, Underwriting, Operations, Technology, Customer and Risk — so strong stakeholder influence and a pragmatic, hands-on approach are essential.
Let's be honest — regulatory change can feel dry. The organisation knows this. They're looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and practical thinking to cut through change fatigue and make the transition as smooth as possible.
We're keen to speak with Change Managers who bring:
* Strong
Risk & Regulatory change
experience (Insurance or Financial Services preferred)
* Exposure to
GICOP
(a big plus)
* End-to-end change delivery experience
* Confidence working in ambiguity and shaping the approach
* Excellent stakeholder engagement across senior and operational audiences
* Hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments (Jira)
* Experience creating engaging comms (video tools such as Camtasia)
