Tell me more The Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM) is a pivotal leadership position within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS). Based in Cairns, the role leads the development of systems and strategies to deliver regional, publicly funded Nursing and Midwifery services that are aligned to the needs of TCHHS communities and peoples. As a clinical leader you will work collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team and service partners to drive Nursing and Midwifery initiatives that are innovative, utilise technology, embrace change and shape policy. This is a demanding, full-time executive role that requires a strong commitment of time and energy. Extended hours and regular travel across the region will be part of the role's rhythm.
