* A stable renewal pipeline with no surprises
* Clear, reliable cost baselines across labour, vendors, telco & software
* Decisions driven by accurate modelling & scenario analysis
* Commercials aligned to the IT & Innovation strategy
* You're the go‐to person for exceptions, optimisation & insight

Your impact
* Lead end‐to‐end IT commercial & licensing management
* Optimise renewals, right‐size licences, challenge unnecessary spend
* Build renewal forecasting & lifecycle governance
* Partner with Procurement & Legal on negotiations
* Track & support savings initiatives
* Lead and develop two direct reports
Your insight will influence investment, capability and risk across the enterprise.
Who Thrives Here
* 5+ years in IT commercial & licensing roles
* Deep comfort with line‐item licensing detail
* Strong analytical + modelling capability
* Experience with procurement pathways (without being purely procurement)
* Pragmatic, proactive, challenges the status quo
* Loves asking "Why are we paying for this?" - then proving it
