The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Major Builders to join our high-performing team in Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to the National Business Development Manager – Major Builders, you’ll manage a portfolio of key major builders across Victoria.
Your mission? To drive growth, repeat usage and advocacy of our Architectural Range and New Product Innovations across the single-family and multi-family construction segments.
What you’ll do
* Develop and execute Integrated Business Plans to grow builder engagement and product adoption
* Use insight-led co-creation to influence housing designs and replace traditional materials with fibre cement
* Partner with the Co-Creation Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing and display home strategies
* Train builders on design, estimation, and installation to reduce OWC and improve project outcomes
* Align with local sales teams to amplify wins and accelerate momentum across the builder network

What you’ll bring
* Minimum 5 years sales experience with a strong track record in Business Development
* Experience working with major builders, in the building industry is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
* A strategic thinker who can also execute tactically
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
