As the Paid Social Media Creative Manager, you will be part of the performance marketing team, leading the paid social media strategy, execution, and creative direction of campaigns to ensure high-performing and engaging content. You will collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to create innovative campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest.Develop and manage paid social media and creative strategies.Brief and coordinate designers on asset creation.Oversee A/B testing to optimize creative performance.Align creative assets with campaign goals and brand identity.Monitor trends to implement innovative creative approaches.Skills & experience4+ years in performance marketing / paid social media for D2C eCommerce/retailers (experience in ecommerce/retail or agency work on eCommerce/retail clients preferred).Expertise in social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube).Proficient in managing large paid social ad spends.Proven ability to lead social creative end-to-end, including A/B testing and performance analysis.Strong creative management skills with a keen eye for design and effective briefing of creatives/designers.Experience managing content creation projects and processes with precision.Ability to collaborate with performance/digital marketing teams to interpret social media metrics.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello).Proficiency in video editing (a plus).Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.How to ApplyIf you’re an organized and proactive professional with a passion for paid social and engaging content, we want to hear from you!Apply here or send your CV, portfolio, and cover letter to info@createcareers.com.au.
