**About the Role**
We have a rare, and exciting opportunity for a Project Portfolio Lead to join Workskil Australia.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee the establishment of a new project management function to guide the delivery of projects across the business and directly manage large projects. This is an exciting new role which will play a pivotal role in helping to ensure success in delivery of major projects.
**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and located in Melrose Park (Head Office).**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and governance processes;
- Ability to work closely with staff to ensure that project management processes run smoothly and effectively;
- Understanding of various project management practices, and relevant methodologies;
- Major project management experience;
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, report preparation and evaluation skills; and
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a proven ability to consult, influence and mentor.
You will also be required to
- Bachelor qualifications in Business, Project Management, Administration or a related discipline with 5 years' experience; and
- Have a relevant Professional Project Management Certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2).

**Remuneration**
A competitive base salary circa $150,000 will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
