Territory Manager, SPM – Perth and Brisbane

This role will be responsible for business growth within the defined territory by maximising sales of Smith + Nephew Sports Medicine products and brands through regular contact with the target customer base.
What will you be doing?
* Sales Budget: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory (Perth and Brisbane) and meet Key Performance Indicators set by the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure annual product portfolio sales targets are met.
* Account Management: Develop and manage account strategies supporting S+N SPM objectives, including account assessment, prioritisation, strategy development, execution, and regular reviews with the Regional Sales Manager.
Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts and provide timely monthly reports on actuals versus forecasts.
Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop strategies to mitigate risks to sales targets.
Sales Leadership: Influence, coach, and support clinical support members in providing exceptional case support and training.
What will you need to be successful?
* Education: Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related discipline.
* Experience: Proven experience in Sports Medicine, endoscopy clinical support, or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices.
* Understanding of the Australian healthcare system.
* Ability to interpret financial and clinical data.
* Travel Requirements: Approximately 20–80%, depending on business needs.
