* Previous experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive industry
* Experience managing a team and general workflow
* Trade qualification (for relevant roles – e.g., Panel Beater, Spray Painter)
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
* High attention to detail and customer service mindset
