**Recruitment Specialist Role Summary**

The role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, developing long-term effective relationships, and ensuring timely and regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include selling and promoting services to existing and new customers, expanding PRA's reach within each customer through business development activities, and managing and maintaining client accounts for PRA's services.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with a range of stakeholders within the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Salary and Benefits
The role attracts a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $89,000-$100,000 plus OTE (on-target earnings). Additionally, the company offers flexible working arrangements, training opportunities, and genuine career growth.
