Responsibilities You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting rolling stock to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Fault finding and troubleshooting on rolling stock systems. Component change and overhaul of various train systems. Uploading and downloading train-related software. Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent) A Grade Electrical Licence. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting experience. Previous experience in rolling stock or a rail environment(highly desirable). Desirable tickets: RIW, EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid. Site: Rouse Hill (may travel to Sydenham Alstom depot after training ) Duration: 6 months Pay: $61.09/hr Super Penalties Shifts: Rotating roster every 2 weeks ( Day: 6am – 2pm, Arvo: 2pm – 10pm,Night: 10pm – 6am) Recruitment Process: Onsite chat with the hiring team, Practical task i.e. reading wiring diagrams) If successful: CAT 1 Medical, Police Check & other onboarding checks.
