* Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.
Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part‐time contract role specifically targets the reasoning and logical consistency of AI models. You will be responsible for rigorously testing the AI's ability to process complex information, identify logical fallacies, and maintain internal consistency across long‐form content. This role bridges the gap between language quality and functional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate AI responses for logical soundness, coherence, and factual consistency, specifically looking for "hallucinations" or contradictory statements.
* Design and input multi‐step logic puzzles or complex reasoning tasks to test the model's problem‐solving capabilities.
* Review content to ensure that arguments follow a clear premise‐to‐conclusion structure without logical gaps.
* Compare conflicting AI outputs to determine which response provides the most accurate and logically robust answer.
* Provide detailed annotations explaining why a specific response is logically flawed (e.g., circular reasoning, false equivalence) to improve model training.
Qualifications
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience in debate, philosophy, logic, or STEM fields is a plus.
* High proficiency in written English with the ability to articulate complex logical concepts clearly.
* Meticulous attention to detail, specifically regarding factual accuracy and consistency within text.
* Ability to follow complex, multi‐layered guidelines for grading reasoning tasks.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.
Compensation and Benefits
* Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
* Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
