Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced CRM Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join our high-performing connected client account for a 6 month contract. This role will be based in our City Road Office and involves the day-to-day management of projects across digital campaigns and CRM initiatives.
About the Role
* Manage client CRM marketing programs across client portfolio
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements
* Quality control including reviewing of all work that is submitted to clients
* Working closely with the strategy and data teams to develop post campaign reports and optimisation suggestions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A passion for everything CRM, Data and Digital
* Takes a proactive approach to managing projects
* Aptitude for digital technology/martech
* First class organisational skills and ability to multi-task
* Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
* A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
* The confidence to give clients trust in your work
