Responsibilities Maintaining and organising project documents, including drawings, dockets, and registers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Monitoring on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and promptly reporting any discrepancies. Reviewing and interpreting project drawings to ensure site activities align with project requirements. Assisting Senior Engineers with procurement, ensuring materials and resources are available when needed. Familiarising with and enforcing compliance with the Site Specification and drawings. Actively participating in Prestart and Toolbox Talks, promoting safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols. Ensuring Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists are signed off promptly for seamless project progression. Compiling and maintaining quality assurance (QA) documentation, assisting Senior Engineers with submission processes. Staying updated with industry trends, cost factors, and construction methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Participating in training programs and professional development opportunities. Supporting the project team with any additional tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction sector. Strong communication and people skills.
