A key part of your role will be continuing the work from our Respect in the Workplace program - helping foster a psychologically safe and inclusive environment. You'll also work closely with leaders to identify workplace risks, navigate complex HR challenges, and deliver initiatives that improve the employee experience.

You're a natural problem-solver and trusted advisor who:
* Brings solid HR generalist experience and understands how to apply it to drive improvement and change
* Has demonstrated proven ability to identify and respond strategically to psychosocial risks
* Has experience working in large or complex organisations
* Is confident building relationships and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders
* Communicates clearly and persuasively—whether in conversations, reports or presentations
* Can manage competing priorities while staying focused on what matters most
* Brings energy, initiative, and a strong sense of integrity to everything you do
