Position Overview
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated, experienced and qualified Montessori Guide to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to Montessori philosophy, possess a strong understanding of child development, and be enthusiastic about creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a Montessori curriculum that caters to the individual needs of the child.
* Maintain a prepared environment that encourages children to independently explore and learn.
* Accurately assess student progress and maintain detailed records.
* Engage with parents and the school community to support the holistic development of each child.
* Having STEM knowledge and an understanding of incorporating Indigenous perspectives in the curriculum, a bonus.
Qualifications
* Current teaching registration in Queensland.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
