Inner city school in a desirable location. The OSHC was recently assessed as 'meeting' in every area. This is an opportunity for a permanent full-time position for 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours to create suitable work/life balance.
Remuneration
Remuneration : Above award rates between $39.82- $47.80/hour, depending on experience.
Desirable knowledge and experience
Sound leadership, operational and financial management skills
* Ability to relate well with children, families and staff
* Knowledge of the NQF and MTOP
* Knowledge of the CCS and Children Services Award preferred
Required Qualifications
* Diploma or Degree level qualification or equivalent as approved by ACECQA
* First Aid qualifications as approved by ACECQA
* Responding to Abuse, Harm and Neglect training
* DHS Working with Children Clearance
Minimum 1-2 years of OSHC/childcare experience required
Flexible working hours including before/after school and school holidays
