Job Title: Digital Service Delivery Specialist
The Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business is seeking a Digital Service Delivery Specialist to join their team.
This role involves translating government policy into operational service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, as well as experience working with government initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate government policy into actionable service deliverables.
* Assist stakeholders with education and information relating to card and concession scheme guidelines and policies.
* Research and provide expert advice on Queensland Government card and concession schemes.
* Evaluate and assess applications for card and concession schemes.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
