About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration professional to join our packaging team in the role of
Operations Support Assistant.
The incumbent will provide support to our packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and ordering of packaging consumables to ensure uninterrupted production
* Updating and managing wine loss spreadsheet
* Checking, approving and preparing timesheets for temporary and permanent labour
* Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and managing receipting
What You'll Bring
You will be a proactive, self-managed, customer focused administration professional with strong communication and organisational skills.
Your Skill Base Will Include
* Intermediate level of computer literacy with Office365 applications
* Strong expertise in Excel, with ability to build and manage detailed spreadsheets
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* High level of numeracy skills.
* Efficient time management skills
* Current driver's licence
Experience and understanding of time keeping, payroll and wine / beverage packaging processes would be an advantage.
