As a junior-level Client Executive, you will work across exciting projects for iconic brands and contribute to pitches and tenders through research and document preparation.

Required skills and qualifications include 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination or production, proficiency with project management tools, comfortable working within high-volume content frameworks, and exceptionally organised and detail-oriented skills.

Job Description:
The Partnership Executive is a junior-level role designed to support the coordination, communication and operational delivery of content marketing campaigns. Working across both the Australia Post account and Rare Creative clients, the role will involve hands-on support in campaign administration, timeline management, budgeting, and creative workflow coordination.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination: Support end-to-end delivery of content campaigns across print, digital, social, and video. Manage timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling.
2. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
3. Budget & Admin Support: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.
4. Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand and deadline requirements.
5. New Business & Operations: Contribute to pitches and tenders through research and document preparation, and support creative production logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production.
* Proficient with project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace and ideally WoodWing Studio.
* Comfortable working within high-volume content frameworks.
* Familiar with multi-stage review processes and complex administrative workflows.
* Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong admin and time management skills.
* A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Proactive, adaptable and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
* Motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative, creative agency setting.
