Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service to guests across various dining facilities, ensuring a memorable experience that drives repeat visits.
• Collaborate effectively with the Kitchen team for seamless operation and provide food and beverage service to guests in on-site accommodation.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and tidiness in areas of service, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide expert service to small and large group bookings and events, meeting the unique needs of each occasion.
• Assist guests with queries on products and services offered by the resort, fostering strong relationships and driving sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues alike, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of food and beverages, enhancing the quality of service delivered to guests.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively within a passionate and hard-working team, driven by a commitment to excellence.
• Possess current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Employee Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
Requirements
• Previous experience in an a la carte, functions, or cafe environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
