They are looking for a highly self motivated and experienced sales support to join their team. The Role: This role requires you to support the sales team with multiple tasks such as data analysis, documentation, reports, supporting key accounts and customers, and liaising with Account Managers in regard to customer relationship management. Other tasks include: Preparing Quarterly sales reports for account managers Australian and international stock analysis Managing product requests and enquiries, including price lists, lead time and product information Entering Calendar notes and updates into systems for account managers and other internal stakeholders Provide sample requests for export including arranging shipment Adhoc administration tasks as required About You: Previous experience in a sales support role. Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems. Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel. Your attention to detail is exceptional, with a proven track record of accuracy. Experienced with client/customer databases and content management systems. Above all, you are a team player with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude, and a drive to make a significant impact in your role.
