experienced Part Time Property Manager
with strong autonomy and professionalism to manage a tidy residential portfolio.
This role is suited to a confident Property Manager who wants flexibility, stability, and a realistic workload without sacrificing quality or standards.
We are based in Cottesloe WA.
$60,000 per year + mobile, 2-3 x days per week | Flexible Hours | Boutique Portfolio

The Role
End to end management of a residential portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance coordination
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and portfolio compliance
Ensure all legislative requirements are met
Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the director
This role has been designed for an experienced Property Manager who can manage their portfolio confidently with minimal oversight.
About You
Minimum 5 years experience
managing a residential property portfolio
Current real estate registration required
High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and solutions focused
Comfortable working independently within a small team
