Job Description
This position requires an individual who is dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students in achieving their academic goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with culturally diverse communities.
* The role involves providing exceptional support to students through various channels, including phone, electronic communications, and face-to-face interactions.
* You will be responsible for guiding students through their academic journey, helping them overcome obstacles, and ensuring they have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide high-quality support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students.
* To communicate effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
* To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* To maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultures.
* Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in information systems and Microsoft software applications.
* Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
