Your New Role As Development Manager, you’ll join a high-performing development team and work closely with in-house design, planning, and construction professionals — truly operating as one integrated project team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end development role, offering genuine exposure across the full project lifecycle, including: Site Acquisition Feasibility Analysis Program & Risk Management Design Management Town Planning & Approvals Sales & Marketing (Off-the-Plan) Construction Delivery Settlement & Defects Management You’ll play a key role in driving projects forward, influencing outcomes, and ensuring commercial and design excellence from inception through to completion- Working with in-house teams and consultants alike. Job Requirements Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline 5 years’ experience in Development Management, ideally across large-scale residential and/or mixed-use apartment developments (100 to 150 is their sweet spot) Demonstrated experience in Victoria, to ensure familiararity of the Victorian Planning Scheme. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of construction processes, project management frameworks, and budgeting/scheduling methodologies Exposure to Off-the-Plan sales and marketing is highly regarded Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
