Job Title: Retail Travel Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours and experiences to customers.
* Build relationships with customers face-to-face and online, managing new enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations.
* Facilitate domestic & international travel bookings and payments between travellers & suppliers, using Amadeus GDS.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, cross-selling & up-selling of travel products.
* Manage travel credits, refunds and changes.
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 in Travel or higher preferred.
* GDS experience in Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
* Passion for the travel industry and personal travel experience.
* Excellent organisational, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workflow, set goals, meet sales targets & work productively.
