This is a critical role that will help drive their competitive advantage through our proprietary development framework while mentoring local staff in its advanced implementation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance the Xelleron Framework using AI development methodologiesDesign, develop and architect web applications on the Xelleron Framework using C# .
Net, React and PostgreSQLBuild and maintain REST APis and integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., accounting/ERP systems and internal services)Uphold security, code quality, and reliability through code reviews, automated tests, and Cl/CDTranslate business requirements into technical designs and provide estimates and delivery plansMentor junior engineers, set coding standards and best practices, and contribute to architectural decisionsCollaborate with product, UX, and client stakeholders while providing technical support for production systems.Primary Duties: Build Enterprise Grade Web applications using the Xelleron FrameworkCreate detailed technical documentation about the Xelleron FrameworkConduct peer reviews and contribute to Cl/CD pipelinesConvert user stories into technical tasksImplement backend services in C#/.
