Job Overview
This role involves providing support to the maintenance operations by coordinating activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency within workshops.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, coordinating trades, organizing site requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
* Coordinate with Quarry Managers, Workshop supervisors, Asset Managers, and team leaders
* Organize site requirements and maintain accurate records
* Assist with parts procurement for planned and breakdown maintenance
* Ensure WHS requirements are up-to-date
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Problem-solving skills with effective solutions
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Logical and systematic approach to overcome problems
* Previous experience in a similar role or mechanical background
* Ability to plan and manage budgets
