Description
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth of Capital Equipment in the assigned territory of NSW, VIC and QLD.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers in the environmental and waste water space.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Understand specific market conditions and offer solutions based on this knowledge.
Profile
A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should have:
* Proven work experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space.
* Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
* Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a monthly basis
Job Offer
* An attractive and competitive salary of approximately $140,000 base + a vehicle allowance, Super, and 20% STI
