The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality residential homes, leading from the front, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly.
From the first slab to handover day, you’ll make sure everything is built to spec, safely, and on time—all while keeping the IRIE vibe alive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on residential home builds
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors to keep the site moving
- Maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
- Reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications with confidence
- Identifying and solving problems quickly to avoid delays
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and the wider team
- Driving a positive site culture—because building homes should be as enjoyable as living in them
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Foreman in residential home building
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Strong customer centric focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
- Proven ability to solve problems and make timely, effective decisions
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects safely and on schedule
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field
- Valid construction industry tickets and licences
