About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments, offer counselling and case management services for young people struggling with substance misuse issues, as well as supporting family members and caregivers.
* Engage in community outreach and contribute to youth-focused health education programs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide evidence-based care in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Holding current registration with AHPRA or a Social Work degree, along with eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
* A current NSW Driver's Licence is necessary.
* Vaccination requirements may apply to this role.
