The ADECi team successfully helps our clients incorporate high-quality data, robust analysis, and straightforward processes throughout all steps of their ESG journeys.Working directly with the ESG Directors Team and ESG Manager for the Australian office, the Senior ESG Strategist (CG08) will work to develop and implement our strategy for growth. This role will be responsible for existing client services expansion and will work to identify, qualify, and generate ESG opportunities with existing clients. With support from our marketing team, they will also be responsible for cross-selling ESG service offerings to new and existing clients. As part of the ESG team, you will be expected to lead projects as a technical and subject expert, and to think strategically and creatively about the clients' corporate context and sustainability challenges. This individual will apply knowledge about energy, emissions, water, waste, and other CSR topics to the myriad of topics and projects we work on. The Senior Strategist will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of expectations between the ADEC technical team and the client, managing workload and schedules to meet project deadlines, and most importantly, growing our relationships with clients. The role will also contribute to the management and training of the global team of sustainability professionals. The position is based in ADEC's Sydney, Australia office (Frenchs Forest), but the team works on a hybrid model.
