Regional Sales Manager – Cardiac Ablation Solutions

Responsibilities
* Plan, direct, and monitor a regional sales team to achieve established sales targets.
* Develop and implement regional business strategies to capture opportunities in potential accounts and further sales objectives.
* Manage day‐to‐day activities of a sales and clinical team to execute the organization's overall business & marketing strategy for the region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key account personnel, and relevant functions to support sales, mapping, and clinical programs.
* Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share, including evaluating the need for new selling programs and processes, conducting competitive analysis, and implementing strategies.
* Coach sales representatives on capital & consumable aspects of the organization's products and services, including marketing campaigns, sales techniques, procedures, and standards.
* Support the launch and adoption of the new Affera 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business.
* Develop mapping talent in the field, deliver growth in sales, and deploy change‐management skills to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
* Minimum bachelor's degree.
* Knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.
* Experience operating 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
* Agile, can‐do mindset.
* Interstate travel required.
* Valid driver's licence.
