Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant (CA)
This position is a combined role where you would be required to do front desk reception and in room note taking and assessments with patients (you need to be good with technology).
Experience is an advantage BUT you need to have the one thing we can't teach you PERSONALITY. We also require someone with high attention to detail.
Skills and Experience
It is absolutely necessary to have excellent skills in multi tasking, time management and GREAT attention to detail.
We use a range of niche computer programs that can be easily learned by a confident and capable candidate, with a willingness to expand their skillset. These include Spinalogic, Zurili, Stripe, Canva, Visage Imaging, Constant Contact, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, and more. Experience is not required with these specifically, but the successful candidate will show a strong aptitude with technology and a willingness to master new skills.
The administrative roles are very important, but equal to this is the client interaction and exceptional hospitality skills required to successfully create rapport and an enjoyable customer experience.
Job Offer and Benefits
We have clinics in PMQ and Wauchope and with this position you would need to be able to work across both clinics.
This is a casual position.
Our clinics open at 7am (6:45am start) and close at 6pm (6:15pm finish) so you must be available to work during these hours.
We have three young children ourselves so this is a parent friendly company, meaning we understand kids love to catch all the germs going around and we aren't going to make you feel guilty for needing to take time off to look after them.
