Job Description:
As a key player in our sales team, you will play a vital role in maintaining assigned territories and exceeding sales targets for dispensary and over-the-counter pharmacy products.
* Maintain close relationships with key accounts to ensure their requirements are met by our company's products.
* Develop and execute business strategies to optimize substitution opportunities and provide exceptional customer service using data insights and analytics.
* Address customer concerns, take ownership of territory issues, and provide effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales, with at least one year of experience working within Australia's generic market. You should also possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be eligible to work in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage designated territories to ensure optimal service to key accounts;
* Exceed sales targets for dispensary and over-the-counter pharmacy products within defined territories while supporting customers and acquisition goals;
* Build strong relationships with key accounts to maintain loyalty and ensure their needs are met by our products where possible;
Requirements:
* Degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales;
* At least one year of experience working within Australia's generic market;
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
* Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
