Your Mission
As a Demi Chef (casual, on demand), you will:
 * Take responsibility for a section during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to brand and service standards.
 * Support senior chefs with menu execution while guiding Commis chefs with prep and basics.
 * Manage mise en place, cooking, plating, and quality checks with speed and precision.
 * Maintain equipment, tools, and your section in peak condition.
 * Adhere strictly to WA food safety and hygiene regulations.
 * Adapt to different kitchens, menus, and brigades with confidence.
What You Bring
 * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) or equivalent.
 * WA-recognised Food Safety Certificate.
 * 2–3 years' commercial kitchen experience, including exposure to service pressures.
 * Strong teamwork and communication—you can take direction and give it.
 * Initiative, resilience, and stamina to handle high-volume service.
