We seek self‑starting, enthusiastic applicants with Mc Donald's Experience and a Diploma or higher (or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu) to join our team as a full‑time Department Manager.
Location: Mc Donald's Rockingham, Woodbridge, Baldivis, North Baldivis, and Secret Harbour – all operated by Kanku Pty Ltd.
Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of the Mc Donald's store, providing quality service to the community and customers.
Plan and schedule staff shifts to meet QSC&V, safety standards and operational needs.
Maintain accurate store records, manage reordering and financial transactions.
Lead staff training and development, promoting teamwork and performance.
Oversee production procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a management position within a Mc Donald's operation.
Diploma in management or higher, or equivalent experience in lieu.
Completion of one or more Department Streams Courses or equivalent, including the post‑class action plan.
Examples of outcomes achieved in your teams, such as managing staff, profit and loss and customer recovery, are highly recommended.
Requirements Valid work visa or Australian residency.
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly rate ($27.17) plus break loading ($2.717) and allowance ($7.15).
