Unisys is looking for a Service Desk Manager in Canberra, ACT. This role involves leading the Service Desk team to ensure high-quality IT support for a Federal Government client, meeting SLAs and customer expectations.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ITIL practices is preferred.
