The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join our Adelaide and Darwin Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to employers in relation to employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, representing clients in commission and court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop proactive strategies for managing employment-related risks and resolving disputes.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a reputable employment law practice. You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to offer excellent client service. You will have deep knowledge of employment and safety legislation and be able to provide technical legal advice and conduct employment and industrial litigation.
