Our client is seeking a skilled Lead Farm Hand to play a hands-on role managing livestock, cropping, and overall farm operations.This is your chance to contribute to a groundbreaking farm that blends diverse enterprises like livestock and market gardens, working closely with a passionate management team to drive lasting environmental impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee livestock care (cattle, pigs, poultry, sheep, goats, ducks) and pasture managementSupport cropping, irrigation, and soil health strategiesMaintain farm infrastructure, machinery, and groundsSupervise casual staff, trainees, and volunteersUphold WHS standards and contribute to educational programsKey AttributesExperience in regenerative or mixed farming systemsSkilled in holistic grazing, low-stress stock handling, and machinery operationStrong leadership, communication, and record-keeping abilitiesReliable, adaptable, and aligned with ecological valuesWillingness to work flexible hours, including bi-weekly weekend dutiesNewly built, furnished shared accommodation is available for the right individual for a small upkeep fee.
