Overview
Load Out Manager (Moe, Victoria). We are seeking a Load Out Manager for our client in Moe. In this role, you will manage supervisors and a leading hand; overseeing logistics, packing, temperature control, and dispatch of export products. You\'ll ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met while supporting team development and business growth.

$100k-$120k annual package
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the load out team, including supervisors and a leading hand.
Oversee packing, labelling, seals, and export documentation.
Maintain stock rotation, temperature control, and daily loading schedules.
Liaise with logistics providers, contractors, and regulators to ensure smooth dispatch.
Ensure OH&S;, HACCP, and export compliance.
Provide training, coaching, and leadership to supervisors and process workers.
What You\'ll Need
Strong management experience in logistics, warehouse, or cold store environments.
Background in export operations, ideally within meat or fresh produce.
Experience in high-risk work areas with strong focus on compliance.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Certificate IV in Meat Processing (desirable).
Forklift licence, HR licence, and White Card (desirable).
