This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your ability to communicate, influence and partner with the business will be just as important as your technical skills. Key responsibilities include : Producing month-end reporting across multiple business units Delivering meaningful variance analysis and financial insights Partnering with operational managers to improve their understanding of performance Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Identifying trends and opportunities to improve margins and efficiency Driving improvements in reporting, systems, and financial processes Working closely with senior stakeholders to support decision-making What you'll bring: This role is ideal for you if you want to step into a true commercial partnering position, build strong relationships across a business, and be part of a team that is growing, evolving, and making an impact.
